Being a first time buyer it was all very confusing for me. Nova explained things perfectly and i left with confidence, understanding and most importantly a mortgage in principle. Even when i had problems with my 'help to buy ISA' Nova went above and beyond to help me out, even though it wasn't part of her job to do so. I couldn't recommend Nova more.
