I have used Nova’s services for many years. Recently I arranged a remortgage and was delighted to see that her company had grown, and she now has staff!!
The team guided me through the entire process with the lender, but they also offered advice and actively got involved when there was an issue to deal with. Nova still took the time to ensure everything was on track and oversee the process.
I am pleased to say that the service remains professional, knowledgeable but also the personal service, that was always there when Nova started out, remains solid.
